PRIMETIME August 2023
We know you missed us and we are back with our August edition of PRIMETIME Watchmaking in the news.
Despite some extreme temperatures in Geneva, quite a lot has happened during this holiday period, so quite a few things to be shared with you. However, they will be mostly business-related as brands are holding to their new timepieces for the upcoming shows, including the Geneva Watch Days happening here at the end of the month.
We’ll also talk about a few interesting auctions, some other watchmaking events and shows to come, and a bit of watches.
Just to remind you we recently published a video on the epic collaboration of Furlan Marri, Julien Tixier and Dominique Renaud for the Only Watch auction which will take place in November. They created a secular perpetual calendar with only 25 components for the in-house patented module, including 5 for the secular module. And in this video, they explain how it works.
